All sales are final. No refunds/exchanges due to the custom nature of our work. Mock-ups will be sent for approval before printing. It is your responsibility to carefully review all details, including spelling, layout, colors, and sizing before approving. Once approved, orders go into production. Any changes requested after approval may result in additional charges.
